A different look at vertical dance, where climbing apparatus and the altered plane for movement are not the sole focus of the work, but allow us to peer into the feeling of suspension and isolation.

As a vertical dancer myself, I wanted to use photographs to represent the sensations and narratives that I feel as a dancer up on the rope, and not just the spectacle of vertical dance itself.
